depends where and what settings you have it on. You can read more about it by google searching fisher manuals. GL with the detecting. You want to practice technique before worrying about going deep. Stay withing 1-3″ for most of your first finds to get good practice.

There are English civil war relics like armour and musket balls, coins etc 1642-1660, the Romans were here for 400 years so there are lots of gold and silver coins, also small bronze statues and things, bronze age swords, axes, arrowheads, and gold hordes, also gold and silver jewellery, there are roman temples, gothic catherdrals and hundereds of sunken ships too.

Are there any American Revolution relics over there?? How about US civil war relics ??

politirel January 27, 2012 at 5:53 pm

I’m sorry but the US is not the best country to live in if you want great finds, I live in England and I can find anything up to 5,000 years old, Roman, Viking, Bronze age, Medieval, or anything.

Hi mister! I wanna buy a metal detector… do you think the quick draw2 is a good one to begginer?:

electronixTech January 27, 2012 at 7:12 pm

Thanks for commenting on my video. I have the Fisher 1235-X detector which is like your 1225-X except it has a frequency shift adjustment. I also had a 1280-X Aquanaut for water hunting. I have tried a Minelab Sovereign but always wanted to try the Troy Shadow X5. Keep putting out your great videos. Have a good Christmas.
